Today, the Apple Store application was updated to version 1.1, and several cool, new features were added. Now, customers can add engraving and gift wrapping to certain purchases made from the Online Store. Additionally, you can now reserve products in the application for pickup at an Apple Retail Store. These reservations can also be added to iCal, so you don't forget about them. Lastly, the ability to "check-in" to Apple Retail Stores was added, along with the option to "request help." However, these options are iOS 4 only. In other Apple Store news, customers can now take advantage of Apple's free engraving service when purchasing an iPad. So, what are you waiting for? Be sure to take a look at the Apple Store app's latest update in iTunes now! And, if you haven't already downloaded this great app, check it out: after all, it is free.
