Archetype Is Now Equipped With Game Center, New Environments, New Arenas, And Much More

Archetype, Villain's multiplayer-focused first-person shooter, now employs full Game Center support, a new chapter, a new gameplay mode, three new environments, six new arenas, a new weapon, a new embedded story campaign, and even a new price.
Foremost, we can add another to the list of nearly 600 titles that support Game Center. Archetype v1.4.1 includes 62 achievements, online-matchmaking, and two leaderboards: Experience Points and Wins using Apple's Game Center social-network. The 62 achievements only total 80 possible points to earn, as most of them are only worth 1 point each.
A nice little perk is the addition of an embedded story-line, released piece by piece. As you play your regular online multiplayer matches, each completion brings you closer to unlocking a story entry. Complete enough matches, and you'll finally learn the epic saga of Archetype.
Chapter 2: Frontier is a $.99 in-app purchase for those who wish to continue revisit the campaign experience. Frontier also allows you to take part in the new, up to 10 player, Capture the Flag (CTF) gameplay -- have your chance at wielding the "Flax" flag weapon, plus:
New environments:
• Crimson Moon: Outdoor Mining Base of Torim Kafto
• Aqua Lock: Derelict Dam on Thata Prime
• Obsidian Skirmish: Military deep space transport.
New arenas:
• Crimson Moon TDM: Open arena perfect for precision sniping.
• Crimson Moon CTF: Avoid the deadly lava.
• Aqua Lock TDM: Multiple elevations, open areas, and water.
• Aqua Lock CTF: Use the waterways to confuse your pursuers.
• Obsidian Skirmish TDM: Fight your way through the Obsidian in traditional TDM
• Avarice CTF: Defend your flag in this revisited vertical arena.
