Not long ago, we told you about FoldersInFolders, a jailbreak tweak which allows iDevice owners to literally put folders within folders. It's a great tweak, which definitely prevents your home screens from becoming cluttered. However, thanks to iTechSpot, we've just heard about an even better jailbreak tweak: it's called Folder Enhancer, and it does just that.
Folder Enhancer is currently available in Cydia for free. Once you've installed it, this clever tweak will "enhance" your iDevice's folders in a variety of different ways.
First up, the extension will open folders faster, as you can see in the demo video below. Secondly, it supports icon pages: users will now be able to swipe through a variety of pages within a folder. In addition to this, Folder Enhancer allows users to put folders within folders, and also works with Iconocasm - the jailbreak app which allows iDevice owners to modify their app icons.
Currently, Folder Enhancer isn't compatible with iOS 4.1, which is a shame. However, we have been told that an update is coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled: we'll be posting when this great tweak is updated. In the meantime, take a look at the demo video below, and check out Folder Enhancer in action.
