Using Location Services, or manual input for the current city, you'll be certain to have the most accurate weather possible. iDress for Weather even saves the last 10 recent location entries, making it a worthy tool for those who travel. If you prefer to know the details, like humidity and wind speed, you can enable that under the settings by tapping the "i" at the bottom of the current weather screen.
Swipe from right-to-left to reveal your closet, wardrobe suggestion. Pebro Productions has provided some great reference images, but you can take a photo of your own attire and add it to your closet. Tap on the "i" at the bottom of the closets screen, and tap on a closet to change the image, or reset it to default.
Finally, everyone's definition of hot, warm, cold, etc is different. Clothing selection is very subjective to these conditions. Pebro Productions hasn't forgotten about that. You can use the same weather settings section to set a custom temperature range. That way, those who consider 50 degrees as cold won't be frozen because someone else might consider 30 degrees as such.
