Make Your Yule Log Go Further This Year In The Christmas-Themed Frank Further
December 2, 2010
Hot dogs are not usually associated with a holiday meal. However, let us take a break from the meal for a moment. Frank Further v1.2 turns away from meat and vegetable processing for a time to focus more closely on the Christmas tree and sitting around the fireplace.
The new Yule Log mode takes the X-Mas tree to the wood chipper cannon to bring you some addictive fun this holiday season. Maneuver your log passed candle holders and Yetis. Carolers, Jack-in-the-Box, and chandeliers will give your log a nice boost of speed. While the hot coal the train is transporting will burst your log into flames, the smokestack is your friend. Last, but certainly not least, stockings will temporarily prevent your precious wood from unwanted burning.
Frank Further is a simple but addictive game, where your goal is to make your hot dog travel the furthest it can possibly go. You'll be using a high-powered wiener processing cannon to propel your aerodynamic piece of meat through the air.
First, aim the cannon nozzle to your preferred trajectory by swiping your finger up or down. To load the cannon, just tap on the pig to make him leap into the processor. Try to tap the pig when the power meter is at maximum. Maneuvering your wiener, after launch, is as simple as tilting your iDevice.
Tabletop fans can both help project and mutilate your processed sleeved meat, plants will sling it, and crabs will snip it. You can protect your wiener from the deadly crab claws, as long you cover it with one of the hanging rubber gloves.
Even the Halloween-themed Franken Further is still available. Franken Further has your wiener wrapped up like a ghost, being launched by spooked pussycats, being eaten by zombies or vampires, and much more.
Metaversal Studios is respectful to those who are not a fan of animal cruelty, even in a comical sense. Those of you who are vegetarians can enjoy the fun without the need to witness the destruction of a living creature with Veggie mode. Veggie mode replaces pig processing with carrot processing.
Frank Further is compatible with iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 3.0 or later, and available in the App Store for $2.99.
