AppLists Revisited: Photographer’s Kit, Apps for Valentine’s, And Games For Tweens
January 22, 2011
I actually revised the AppList Photographer’s Kit just a few months ago, but I have since discovered so many fantastic new Photography apps that I felt it was due for another update. I replaced some of the older ones with newer apps that just do the job better. I also added some apps like Instagram that carved out a brand new niche. There are so many great apps, it was really hard to narrow it down to a reasonable number. All in all, I added over a half a dozen of my favorite photography apps. Even if you read it before, take another look at this AppList, Photographer’s Kit, and perhaps you’ll discover a new favorite for yourself.
I also made some smaller tweaks to two of our other AppLists. With Valentine’s Day less than a month away, it’s time to start planning that special day for your honey. Our Applist, Apps for Valentine’s, could be just the help you need to make it more romantic than ever.
With the December gift holidays behind us, there are probably lots of kids with new iPod touches. Is your tween is having a hard time finding great age-appropriate games to play? Does he or she want to find games that are not too grown-up or too babyish for the late elementary and middle school crowd? Here is an updated list of my own tweens’ very favorites: Games For Tweens.
We always appreciate and take very seriously our readers’ (kindly worded) suggestions. In fact, if you have a great idea for an AppList or an AppGuide that we haven’t done yet, please comment here, drop us a line through the contact us/submit a tip at the bottom of the page, or send me an email: karen@appadvice.com and we’ll add it to our to-do list.
