iPhone:
AngerOfStick-Friend ($.99 -> Free): Fight your way to rescue hostages and other complete other missions in this simple platformer. Left and right plus a few action buttons give a feel for ol' school arcade play. Despite the cartoon-ish drawn graphics, the game does depict blood spattering. Game Center integration offers leaderboards and achievements to earn.

Moon Drop ($1.99 -> Free): Simple but challenging and addictive, NimbleBit will have us colonizing the moon in no time. As pods drop from orbit, you need to help guide them safely to the landing pad. Pods can't land safely at high speeds, nor can they properly land off the pad. To control the pods' thrusters, tap and hold on different locations of the screen. Things really get tricky when you have to organize 4 or more pods. Get colonizing!

Tap 'n Cap ($.99 -> Free): Pictures don't always have to be worth 1,000 words, sometimes just one or two will make a huge impact. Now you can add some crazy captions to those hilarious or awkward moments. Snap a new or import a previous photo, tap on Captions, enter your text, tap done, and it's time for placement. Use the standard two-finger pinch, un-pinch, twist, and single-finger drag motions to get that "B-U-R-P-!", "Thwap!" or "Oh no, she didn't!" blurb wherever it needs to go. Once you're finished, you can share it through email, Facebook, or save to it your iDevice's Camera Roll to sync to your computer for other uses.

UltimateCode(終極密碼) ($.99 -> Free): Everyone has likely played the 'guess the number" game as a child. The classic game has a group of people attempting to guess a random number that one individual has chosen but won't reveal until someone determines it. This version of the game works in the opposite direction. Anywhere from two to eight players will take turns entering possible answers. As players guess, the range closes from 0-99 until someone has the correct answer. The person with the correct answer is the loser. Upon losing, the player will have a choice: one provides forgiveness and the other is the punishment they must endure.

WordSnake…Words Without Borders ($.99 -> Free): Word lovers, get prepared for a unique version of Scrabble. You need to help Elmer the snake reach is heartthrob Ophelia on the other side of map. However, Elmer will only move along "word bridges". Using up to 130 letter tiles, create a trail of connected words to help Elmer reach his love. The game offers three difficulties and a few different maps. Fire up those vocab neurons, you're going to need them.

Whack'N Roll - An awesome funny game ($.99 -> Free): An intense, whacky, and enjoyable version of the classic "Whack-A-Mole" gameplay. In this beautiful designed 3D cartoon world, you'll be whacking, smashing, swiping, breaking, firing missiles, and otherwise frantically tapping to be the best at whacking that you can be. Multiple levels and plenty of fun to keep you entertained for hours.

Snuggy Pack ($.99 -> Free): Snuggies like to nestle, but their varying shapes can make it difficult for them to cuddle up together. It’s your mission to help the Snuggies pack themselves together in harmony, without poking each other. A level consists of fitting seven Snuggies together before one minute has elapsed. As a Snuggy appears at the top of the screen, tap on one of the seven circle positions to place the adorable character. Before placement, you can rotate the Snuggy clockwise or counter-clockwise using the corresponding buttons at the top. If you feel a new Snuggy would fit better in a current Snuggy’s position in the pack, just tap to swap them. here.

If you are a developer who would like to get your app included in our “Apps Gone Free” daily lists, here’s our basic set of rules:
- The app must be free for a 24 hour period.
- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
