Verizon iPhone: The Countdown Begins, On Verizon's Website

Verizon has launched a countdown page for the upcoming launch of the Verizon iPhone. Existing customers are told to "come back on 02.03.11, 3:00 AM EST," when they'll be able to grab a Verizon iPhone from a "reserved quantity" of handsets.
If you're a Verizon customer, you'll need to have an existing contract with the network in order to get a Verizon iPhone on February 3. If you're not already signed up with Verizon, you'll need to wait until February 10, when the Verizon iPhone goes on sale to everyone.
Furthermore, the "reserved quantity" of handsets will presumably be sold on a first come, first served basis. So, if you're planning on grabbing a Verizon iPhone come February 3, make sure your alarm is set!
