Byline Updated: Adds Native iPad Support, New Features, Design Improvements

March 8, 2011
The popular Google Reader client, Byline, has recently received a major update. Both the free and paid versions of Byline now feature full native support for the iPad, along with a variety of other improvements. Already, Byline is a very good Google Reader client. It allows users to read up to 1,000 RSS articles offline, integrates with a variety of social networks, and supports the Retina display. Following the application's latest update (version 4.0), users can enjoy using Byline on an iPad, too, which is a great improvement. Other features, such as a "one-touch “Mark All as Read” gesture" and a "new icon [...] for opening uncached links," have also been added in this version of the application. Furthermore, a tweaked design - along with performance and stability improvements - are also present in this update. For more information on the application, head over to Byline's official website, or check out the free (ad supported) version of Byline in the App Store. And, if you're a fan of this app, be sure to let us know in the comments.
