The app uses your current position, but you can enter in a different zip code by tapping on the reticule icon in the top-left.
Tapping on items in the results screen will provide information on which business is offering the promotion, what the regular price of the item is, what the discount percentage is, how much you'll be saving, a product overview, when the deal expires, and if there are any specific requirements.
