AppAdvice has teamed up with Komfy in order to offer you a chance to win one of five (5) promo codes for Puppet Hangman for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch ($.99).
Puppet Hangman brings cartoon graphics and playful music to the classic word guessing game that is enjoyed by people of all ages. Beginners and youngsters can have fun with simpler words in Easy, while those who have a large vocabulary can work their way through Normal, Hard, and Extreme difficulties.
All of the letters in the alphabet surround the edge of the screen. The word, including correct letter guesses, will appear at the bottom. Correctly guessed letters will be highlighted in green and placed in the appropriate locations in the word field. Making a wrong letter guess will highlight the letter in red and add another portion of the hangman graphic. If the graphic is completed before all of the letters of the word are filled in, it's game over.
For those super spelling bee champions, Timed mode pits you against both a timer and limited number of guesses. The game mode and difficulty are adjustable within the Options area, accessible through the main menu.
Game Center integration offers leaderboards for each of the four difficulty levels and seven achievements worth 155 total points. Puppet Hangman is a universal app compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch running iOS 4.3 or later.
