Hanfree is an interesting iPad accessory that is currently in its "Kickstarter" phase of development. Essentially, the accessory allows owners to use an original iPad or iPad 2, hands-free.
As you can see in in the images (above and below), Hanfree houses your iPad inside a clear case, which is connected to a stainless steel neck, and a wide acrylic base. It looks like the ideal way to support your iPad while making a FaceTime call, or watching a movie.
Seth Quest, who designed Hanfree, is looking for a total of $15,000 in pledges. If you pledge $50 or more, a Hanfree will be shipped to you once Quest's target is met. As Quest notes on the Kickstarter webpage:
For a $50 pledge you are pre-ordering Hanfree. Hanfree will be constructed from the highest quality materials and made in the United States. When the Kickstarter campaign ends the retail price of Hanfree will be $79.95. Please specify if you have an iPad or iPad 2 when ordering (add $20 for shipping in the United States, $30 for Canada and $40 for international shipping). For more information, visit Hanfree's Kickstarter webpage, or check out their official website.
