The iPad 2 Is No Longer Delayed In The Czech Republic

March 21, 2011
Apple's second generation iPad is no longer delayed in the Czech Republic. After changing the launch date to April 25 (at http://apple.com/cz/ipad), Apple's webpage has reverted back to the original launch date: March 25. A couple of days ago, international Apple fans got slightly worried when the Czech Republic's Apple website displayed "25 dubna" (April 25) as the launch date for the iPad 2. Some thought this signified a delay for the international launch of the iPad 2, and that other Apple websites would soon display a launch date of April 25, too. However, this did not happen. Now, Apple's website states that the iPad 2 will launch in the Czech Republic on "25 brezna" (March 25). Currently, we're not sure whether the change of date was an error, or if Apple actually decided to postpone the launch of the iPad 2 in the Czech Republic and then decided against it. Additionally, it would appear as if the UK launch of the iPad 2 is definitely on track. Recently, RazorianFly obtained information on the launch from a UK retailer - apparently, the iPad 2 is set to go on sale in the UK this Friday, at 5 p.m. (GMT). We'll keep you posted. In the meantime, let us know (in the comments below), if you're planning on grabbing an iPad 2 this Friday. [Thanks to Pajlo Pajlovics for pointing this out to us!]
