Rat Dissection is a new iPad app that gives users an insight into the anatomy of a rat. Developed by the same company behind the popular Frog Dissection, Rat Dissection is a gory, grizzly, educational iPad application that students of biology or veterinary science will undoubtedly appreciate.

Personally, I think this looks like a great app: Not only do users get to dissect a rat without making any mess; the virtual process doesn't involve a real, dead rat (which has to be a bonus).
