Handcrafted Internet Radio, On The Go: 8tracks Hits The App Store

The popular online music service, 8tracks, has just released a free app - 8tracks Radio. Now, iPhone and iPod touch owners can access the service's library of user created mix tapes on the go, on their iOS device.
Key features of the application include the ability to listen to curated music playlists, and follow the DJs you like the most. You can search for playlists - or "mix tapes" - by artist, and also by tags (such as "rock," "jazz," etc.). Additionally, a "Featured" section provides playlists by big brands - like Rolling Stone magazine.
Importantly, the app is AirPlay enabled - meaning users can AirPlay content from the app to a supported device, such as Apple TV or a set of AirPlay compatible speakers.
