Get Outta My Galaxy Now Offers A Virtual Joystick For Those Not So Fond Of Tilt Controls

The action platformer Get Outta My Galaxy has been getting positive remarks since its release last month. Only a few gripes have hindered some very high ratings, and one of those has been recently fixed by introducing Waka to a new friend, the virtual joystick.
You heard correctly; Waka is now controllable using a virtual joystick in place of the original tilt controls, if so desired. Changing the control scheme can be done in the main menu -- the reticle icon -- and by activating the pause feature during play, then tapping on Settings. This secondary control option will allow certain players to more accurately maneuver Waka, plus forget about worrying how their iDevice is oriented.
Get Outta My Galaxy is an adventure platformer with puzzle elements where you take the control of Waka, a four-armed creature that was calm and content until the Wikus arrived. After these small creatures invaded the peacefulness of the derelict planets of the galaxy, Waka makes a decision to eliminate the Wikus by giving them a powerful slap into oblivion. Make your way from planet to planet removing these adorable looking monsters until so Waka can relax in silence once more.
