Upcoming iOS 4.3.2 Release Will Put A Smile On The Faces Of Verizon iPad 2 Customers

April 11, 2011
Apple is set to release iOS 4.3.2 in a few days, according to news first reported by BGR. The update will be good news for Verizon iPad 2 owners. The next update is a simple bug fix, with no enhancements expected. However, it addresses 3G connection issues some Verizon iPad customers have been experiencing. In addition, the new update is said to contain a fix for FaceTime. Finally, iOS 4.3.2 includes security fixes for WebKit vulnerabilities and other minor changes. Last week, Apple admitted some Verizon iPad 2 customers were experiencing 3G connection issues, when it released this statement:
We are aware that a small number of iPad 2 customers have experienced connectivity issues with the Verizon 3G network and we are investigating it.
It is nice to see Apple resolving this issue so quickly. We will let you know when the update is available.
