iOS 5: Every Rumor Exposed & Analyzed - The AppAdvice Roundup

May 23, 2011
Great news, Apple fans: The AppAdvice iOS 5 Web Resource is now live and kicking, ready for our faithful readers to check out. Just like our iPhone 5 resource (which launched earlier today), this webpage is bursting at the seams with all the rumors and information you need to know about Apple's upcoming software update. Here's how the Web resource works: First, the resource is split into two major parts - "New features" and "Improvements." Within each part are a series of sections, and each section outlines a different iOS 5 rumor. For example, we've got a section on iCloud and a possible MobileMe revamp, a section on NFC apps and even a section on an improved notification service. Importantly, each section is divided into two parts: "The rumor" (which gives a basic overview of the rumor itself) and "Our take" (which provides readers with a more detailed and insightful understanding of the rumor, and the likelihood that we'll see such a feature launch with iOS 5). And at the bottom of each section, we've provided a series of references, directing readers to related AppAdvice news articles (and their source articles, too). Over at the iOS 5 Web resource, there's a total of 10 sections for readers to check out. However, that's not all. Just like our iPhone 5 resource, we'll be continually updating the iOS 5 page with even more information (such as additional references and even new rumors) as and when it becomes available. Exciting, right? You can check out the AppAdvice iOS 5 Web Resource by clicking this link. And click here for the iPhone 5 resource. Enjoy, and be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments!
