New AppList: App Store Classics

The App Store launched in 2008 with a collection of around 500 apps. At the time about 1/4 of all the apps were freebies. We have seen thousands of apps released since then. If you are interested in games, check out our separate AppGuide entitled App Store Gaming Classics. In this AppList we take a look at the App Store classics: which apps came out on launch day and continue to be great additions to any iPhone.
