To Day: Display A Calendar On Your Lock Screen - No Jailbreak Required

To Day ($0.99) is a recently released application for the iPhone and iPod touch, which allows users display a calendar on their iOS device's lock screen - jailbreak free.
Many Apple fans couldn't be blamed for assuming that this kind of "luxury" is something only afforded to jailbreak fans, via a jailbreak tweak or app. However, To Day - which hit the App Store just under a week ago - allows users to display a calendar on their lock screen, and modify how that calendar is displayed.
Unfortunately, this great app does come with one downside - currently, it's only available in Italian. That doesn't mean it's only available in the Italian App Store (it's available in the U.S. App Store for $0.99), but language-wise, it would appear that the app is available in Italian only.
Is this an issue? Probably not. And considering that the app allows you do add a calendar to the lock screen jailbreak free, it's worth playing around with the application and figuring it out (which shouldn't be too difficult, and there's always Google Translate if you struggle).
Furthermore, the application's developer will likely add support for other languages soon. We'll keep you posted.
