HECTOR: Ep1 HD – We Negotiate with Terrorists: Law Enforcement Comedy Has Never Been This Gritty

HECTOR: Ep1 HD – We Negotiate with Terrorists ($6.99) is now available to download for the iPad. This "lewd, crude and gritty law-enforcement comedy" is also available for the PC and Mac ($9.99), either via Steam or Telltale’s website. The game itself, which was released for the iPad yesterday, is the first in a series. As outlined in the app's release notes:

Detective Inspector Hector – the hard-nosed, soft-bellied lawman of Clappers Wreake, a town that took the “Great” out of Britain. He’s violent, drunken, and has a taste for all things criminal, corrupt, or smothered in curry. When a hostage crisis erupts in the centre of Clappers Wreake, Hector has to make a choice: carry out a terrorist’s demands, or let innocent hostages die. Hector’s still on the fence.

However, iPad owners who have already downloaded and installed Apple's latest software update (iOS 4.3.3) should be aware that they "may experience crash errors when playing Hector."
