God Bless England: London Apple Fans To Watch Keynote In Pub, With Beer

June 4, 2011
A group of avid Apple fans are planning on watching WWDC's keynote presentation live, in a pub, with beer. When Apple CEO Steve Jobs takes center-stage at the Moscone on Monday, the London Mac User Group will have already occupied one London pub, ordered a round of ale or cider, and maybe even started work on one of the Wood Marylebone's curries. The group has decided to make something of a party out of Apple's WWDC keynote presentation, and it sounds like this particular party is going to be a blast. As outlined on the group's Facebook event, Monday's festivities include "free entry, curry, beer and the keynote!" If you ask me, I'm not sure what could be better. For more information on the event, check out the London Mac User Group's Facebook page, or the event's Facebook page (where you can RSVP). And be sure to let us know if you're planning on attending!
