A combination hack-n-slash and castle defense title, Hero Defense Redux is a game with no lack in action. Creators of apps like Battery Go! Plus, the team over at 9magnets is offering up this title for free through the use of ad-based income.
Defending your castle is no easy task. As rampaging dwarfs speed towards your kingdom's castle, you must stand strong and defend it using all means necessary. Containing RPG elements, you will need to upgrade your character's abilities to properly withstand the increasing difficult waves of dwarfs and their artillery.
Comprising four different maps, two different character types, and multiple difficult levels, this game should provide many hours of enjoyment for any experience level gamer. Each character, warrior or sorcerer, has three special abilities, but they must be used wisely. In addition, Hero Defense Redux does have Game Center integration including leaderboards for each map and difficulty and eight achievements to earn.
