One of our favorite photo editing apps for the iPad has just gotten an update! PhotoPal is a powerful but extremely user-friendly editor. You don’t have to be a professional photographer to take advantage of this great set of tools. All the basics are covered; from crop, rotate, flip, and alignment to the ability to adjust color balance, hue, saturation, and much more.
