Spend some time with the kids tonight experiencing the latest iStoryTime eBooks. FrogDog Media is now offering two new interactive books, Snugly ABC Flip Flap and Zany ABC Flip Flap, to the App Store to add to your digital children's book collection.
Snugly ABC Flip Flap and Zany ABC Flip Flap are creative and fun approaches to practicing ABCs and new words. The Snugly version is filled with delightful phrases, such as the "hearty hyperactive hopper." On the other hand, break out the Zany book to create much kookier phrases, including "zany zazzy zoon." By default, words are spoken aloud in an elegant narration as words are chosen. Tap on the left half of the screen to repeat the narration.
Each book has three words, divided into three sections, to create a phrase. Each word has a complimentary portion of artwork. Choosing the same letter words for each section provides a complete picture. However, words and sections can be mixed around to create a phrase like the "howling couch-cushion dachshund" by simply swiping left or right on each horizontal this of the screen. Shake things with something completely random by literally giving your iDevice a shake. With over 75 words and more than 17,000 combinations, things should stay exciting for a very long time.
Snugly ABC Flip Flap and Zany ABC Flip Flap are universal apps compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch running iOS 3.0 or later, and available in the App Store for $1.99 each.
