New Samsung Galaxy Tab TV Ad Pokes Fun At Apple's Lack Of Support For Flash

June 10, 2011
A new TV advertisement for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 takes note of the tablet's support for Flash content, and compares this with the iPad's lack of support. It's common knowledge that Flash content doesn't run well on Android tablets (Walt Mossberg reminded Adobe's CEO of this quite recently). Despite this, Samsung is still promoting its tablet's support for Flash content in various TV ads, including the one we've embedded below, which recently hit the Web. It's hardly surprising that Samsung is doing this - I mean, Flash support (even pretty poor Flash support) is probably the one thing Galaxy Tabs have over iPads. And even so, it's certainly not enough to push users away from iOS and towards Android. We've embedded the video below for you to check out. Take a look at it, and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
