Jailbreak Only: DeleteAllSMS - Easily Delete All SMS Messages In The Messages App

A new TweakWeek jailbreak tweak (developed by Max Shav) has caught our attention. The package, DeleteAllSMS, allows users to quickly and easily delete every SMS messages within the built-in Messages app using the "Edit" button.
It's a great tweak: Simply launch the Messages app, touch "Edit" and a new button will appear labeled "Delete All." As you might expect, touching this button deletes every SMS message from your iPhone handset.
This is the kind of feature Apple should already have added to the iOS. In the latest beta version of iOS 5, it's possible to delete individual recent calls from the Phone app (as opposed to clearing them all). Could Apple make a similar tweak to the Messages app, allowing users to easily delete every SMS message?
We sure hope so. However, if the company doesn't make such a change, Max Shav's most recently jailbreak tweak can add the feature for free. In order to download the package, simply add Max Sav's repository to Cydia first ("http://mxms.us/repo") and then search for "DeleteAllSMS."
And if you do download the tweak, let us know your thoughts in the comments.
