Halfbrick Studios Teams With Miniclip To Make Monster Dash's Barry Even More Destructive
August 2, 2011
Halfbrick Studios, creators of the intense fruit chopping game Fruit Ninja, has joined forces with Miniclip.com to bring Barry Steakfries from Halfbrick's other acclaimed title, Monster Dash, into the strategic grenade only action of Fragger.
Those who are fans of Monster Dash know Barry is already good at dismembering and mangling demonic creatures, but introducing him to Fragger changes things up just a tad. Instead of guns blazing across rooftops and other surfaces, it's up to you to help Mr. Steakfries carefully calculate precise grenade throws in these new, puzzling environments.
Fragger v1.10 -- that's 1 point 10 -- presents this new Monster Dash level pack to current and new fraggin' players as a free download. Once you've updated to the latest version or made a recent purchase of Fragger, launch the game, tap on Play, then scroll to the very right of the level pack selections. You should now see the Monster Dash bonus pack with Barry's angry mug gritting at you. Tap on it, including once to confirm, and the 30 new levels will begin downloading at no additional cost to you.
If you're unfamiliar with the game, you can always go back to the first level pack and play the tutorial. However, the controls are not complicated. Use a drag motion on Barry to adjust grenade launch direction and throwing power, indicated by the arrow that fills up as you increase throwing power. The objective is to blow up all mummies, etc in the level by determining the order and successfully 'nading all relevant obstacles to reach the creatures.
