Halfbrick Studios - the developer who brought us the hugely popular Fruit Ninja - has created a brand new application called "Jetpack Joyride," which is scheduled to hit the App Store tomorrow. Ahead of the app's release, we've got a trailer of the game which we've embedded below, for our readers to take a look at. In the game, users guide a jetpack-equipped Barry Steakfries through level after level, dodging lasers, rockets and electric bolts. It looks like a fun, addictive application. As outlined in a press release that hit the Web recently:
With simple one-touch controls, players will operate outrageous vehicles, avoid dangerous traps throughout the lab and shoot for the highest scores on worldwide leaderboards. The content keeps on coming with upgrades, coins, unlockables, spin tokens, missions, items and more – all controlled with one-touch input, indicative of Halfbrick’s commitment to offering the best mobile gameplay in the business. The application should hit the App Store tomorrow. We'll let you know once it's available. In the meantime, take a look at the trailer below, and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
