Are you looking to get back in shape, plus maybe even build some muscle? EliteStrengthCoach can help you do just that. However, you may not be convinced, and it could be because other apps let you down. Davis Creations' is so confident in their app, they've released EliteStrengthCoach Lite, a completely free version that contains enough workouts and exercises to give you plenty of proof that this app is your ticket to a fit body. EliteStrengthCoach Lite is designed to work great for nearly everyone, from those who haven't seen the inside of a gym or fitness center for years to those regulars who want a way to keep things on schedule. To provide the best combination of exercises, you begin by choosing a difficulty level based on your present experience and abilities, then pick how long and often you'd like to workout. By taking advantage of EliteStrengthCoach Lite's various workouts and few dozen exercises, about a fifth of the full version, you can start and maintain a workout schedule that will leave you with a chiseled six-pack or just a well toned up healthy feel and look. These predefined workouts are configured to work certain areas of the body, and properly alternate for the utmost efficiency. Each workout and exercise is introduced in a step-by-step manner with a brief audio and visual explanation on how to perform the exercise, along with an occasional short video demonstration. Appropriately, the main portion of the screen is dedicated to demonstrating the exercise, however, there are also indicators for the number of reps to perform, how many sets you'll need to complete, and which set you're currently performing. In addition, there is an optional timer for those exercises that aren't calculated by reps. Perhaps, you're not currently interested in starting a scheduled fitness routine. If that's the case, you can still get assistance on a per workout basis using the Workout and Exercise sections. These areas are a manual choice hierarchical breakdown of the six built-in workouts and 42 exercises. Pick the one you want and get the same step-by-step walkthrough as the scheduled workout routine. Back and front exercises are viewable with a swipe left or right on the root level of the Exercises section. Last but certainly not least, be sure to check out the Goals and Tips section for recommendations and instructions regarding pre-exercise stretching, warm up, cool down, how to check your heart rate, how to select the appropriate amount of weight, and more.
