Nuance's Dragon Go Expands To More Media Services, Plus Support For Google+

Nuance Communications' connected their latest search app, Dragon Go, to dozens of data warehouses, therefore, providing the capability to display the most and best results possible. Although, Dragon Go hasn't been allowed to look in every nook and cranny. In the first major update to the app, Nuance has opened paths to two major media sources and Google's social network.
Dragon Go already allowed searching of YouTube, Hulu, the iTunes Store, and so on. However, one major video source was absent from the same attention the others were given. Who could it be? It's none other than Netflix. Just like the integration of Pandora Radio and Last.fm, Dragon Go not only provides results from the service, which does require you to have an account, but Dragon Go can also automatically launch the Netflix app for even greater convenience.
The other on-demand media source to join Dragon Go is Spotify. This music service has identical integration compared to Pandora Radio and Last.fm, except one key thing: playback control. Speak "play," then a song, album, or artist name, and finish with "on Spotify" to begin playback of any music available through the Spotify app. As an added bonus, your Spotify membership is a supplement to the iPod app. Using the "play" command without any app-specific identifiers will cause Dragon Go to search your iPod library for the music specified, but if unsuccessful, Dragon Go will stream the song(s) from Spotify instead. Pretty neat feature, right?
The final addition is Google+ support. Command Dragon Go to search the Google+ network, even your profile, to find social news much more quickly and easily. As should be obvious by now, you'll need to link your account to Dragon Go in order to give access to the database.
Further improvements made in Dragon Go v1.1 include:
• An even better Yelp experience! Now access a map view right within the Yelp tab.
• No worries, more bugs have been squashed.
Dragon Go! is compatible with iPad (via Compatibility Mode), iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, third generation iPod touch, fourth generation iPod touch and newer running iOS 4.0 or later, and available in the App Store as a free download.
