iPhone 4S Service Plans Comparison Chart

With preorders for the iPhone 4S launching today, and new multi-carrier availability including Sprint, AT&T and Verizon, you might be wondering which carrier is offering the best deal when it comes to plans.
To help you figure it out, MacRumors put together a chart which shows all the plans and options, and we have included it above. As you'll notice, competition hasn't really had much impact on plan prices yet, and it's still fairly expensive. However, the addition of Sprint does give you a slightly less expensive option, if their less extensive coverage isn't an issue for you.
If you're looking for a more complete chart, Apple has one of its own, but it's not as clear as the one above. Yet, if you're really on the edge, it's worth checking out.
Furthermore, if you're looking to buy the iPhone unlocked, you will, according to Apple's website, have to wait until November, and the device won't be able to roam on CDMA networks, it will only work on GSM (AT&T in the U.S.).
