It Looks Like Apple Predicted Siri Around 24 Years Ago

Here's something a little spooky. Around the mid-90s, Apple made a video outlining a a product former Apple CEO John Scully talked about in his 1987 book, Odyssey. As you can see, the video appears to outline a computer equipped with software just like the recently announced Siri.
As noted by Gizmodo, the date on the calendar in the professor's office reads September 16, and he searches for an academic paper written around five years ago, in 2006 - meaning that the year is 2011. Not to far off from the present date, huh?
