Jailbreak Only: DictGoogle - Google Search Right From iOS 5's Dictionary

October 26, 2011
A new jailbreak tweak called "DictGoogle" allows users to easily perform a Google Search from within the built-in dictionary in iOS 5. The latest version of Apple's mobile operating system features an iOS-wide dictionary. This can be accessed via the copy, cut and paste menu - now, another button marked "Define" appears among the options. Touching this opens the dictionary. However, once users have installed DictGoogle, an icon will be added to the top-left corner of the dictionary screen. If you touch this icon, Safari for iOS will open and the defined term will be searched for via Google. It's a simple, clever tweak, and something users of iOS 5's built-in dictionary will undoubtedly appreciate. If you're interested in taking a closer look at DictGoogle, download it from the Cydia Store. It's currently available for free. [via iDownloadBlog]
