Toontastic ($1.99 -> Free, 176.3 MB): Kids love watching cartoons and now they can enjoy creating their own. Toontastic takes children through the fundamentals of how to make an animated story, but not in an intimidating way. The app includes 10 playsets, plus a custom choice, and over two dozen characters from dragons to spaceships and even cowboys. Additional playsets can be purchased in-app for $.99 each.
