Apple's "Red Friday" one-day promotion is now live in Apple Online Stores across Asia.
The shopping event is in celebration of the Lunar New Year, and sees items in numerous Apple Online Stores receive discounts. Apple fans in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines can take advantage of the one-day event.
It would appear that Apple is offering an eight percent discount on Wi-Fi iPad models, while their 3G counterparts are receiving discounts of six to seven percent. There is a generous 10 percent discount on iPod touch models, and the iPod nano has received an eight percent price reduction. Regarding Apple's line of Macs, it would appear that the company has reduced the price of all Mac computers by the same amount: this translates to a 10 percent discount for low-end MacBook Air models, and a four percent discount for their high-end counterparts.
If you live in one of the above countries, head over to your "local" Apple Online Store now and take a look at the items available.
