A jailbreak tweak called "Display Recorder" has recently received an update that adds iOS 5 compatibility.
The package adds an application icon to users' Home screen, which allows them to start recording their iOS device's display. Aspects such as frame rate, orientation, video format and video quality can easily be tweaked within a dedicated Display Recorder pane in the Settings app, and saved videos can be sent over to a computer or uploaded to YouTube.
Furthermore, it's possible to trigger Display Record using an Activator action, too, which is incredibly handy.
Currently, Display Recorder is available in the Cydia Store for $4.99. This looks like an interesting jailbreak tweak, and something app reviewers will certainly appreciate! Let us know if you decide to purchase it in the comments.
