Jailbreak Only: NCControl - Control Your iPhone While Viewing Notification Center

A new jailbreak tweak called NCControl allows users to enable and view Notification Center, while also interacting with whatever iOS app they had previously launched.
The tweak, once downloaded and installed, basically turns users' Notification Center transparent. If you touch the space between your widgets, it is possible to control an open application. However, a major problem with NCControl is that it's not possible to launch apps or swipe through screens when at the Home screen, which is a disappointment.
Furthermore, if you have lots of jailbreak Notification Center widgets installed, NCControl will not be all that useful, as users must have some free space between widgets in order to interact with their iPhone while Notification Center is enabled.
Regardless, NCControl is available for free and so we'd recommend you download it, and take it for a spin. If you do, be sure to post your thoughts in the comments.
