Universal photography app QuickPix lets you take photos quickly, and even shoot stills while you are filming video. You can use it as a replacement for the native camera, since its startup and between-shot time is quicker than the native app. It's also great for situations where you can't decide whether you want to take video or still photos, since the app allows you to easily do both. QuickPix is a clean camera app with a customizable user interface, so you can choose which of their many advanced features you want to use.
