AppFresh Daily features the best apps that have been released in the last 24 hours. Thousands of apps get approved by Apple daily. Instead of having to dig through all of the junk, come to AppFresh Daily, where we hand select what we think are the new potential gems that we’re considering for review each day.

Via.Me (Free, 14.6 MB): Via.Me is a powerful social sharing app for iPhone. Featuring a beautiful interface and great features, the app aims to be your ultimate sharing solution. You can share just about anything; videos, photos, and even notes in just a few taps. You can follow and be followed by interesting people and also share your content on Facebook and Twitter. Best of all it's free so the app is definitely worth checking out.

Roller Journal - question and answer journal ($1.99, 4.3 MB): Roller Journal is a unique application that helps you capture your best moments. The app asks you questions everyday, which makes writing a journal a lot easier, since all you have to do is answer the question and hit save. You can view all your answers later to see what you have recorded. The app also has a decent, minimalistic user interface, reminder functionality and backup options.

Readability™ (Free, 8.9 MB): Reading webpages just got a whole lot easier with Readability for iOS. The app is packed with features and best of all is completely free. You can store an unlimited amount of articles and save articles for offline viewing via the free web-browser add-on. Readability also boasts a fantastic interface and great text controls to make reading Web pages as comfortable as possible.

The Simpsons™: Tapped Out (Free, 12.9 MB): After being released in the Canadian App Store last week, The Simpsons: Tapped Out has finally made it to the U.S. App Store. In Tapped Out you are given complete control of Springfield, home of the Simpsons. You must rebuild the city after a nuclear explosion caused by our favorite (fool), Homer. The game features humorous dialog from the writers of the television series and promises to keep you entertained as you control your favorite characters and make them do all sorts of crazy tasks.

That’s it for today. Did we miss anything? Tell us in the comments!
