Don't get sidetracked by the weird version numbers of Mobli. Pay attention instead to the fact that Mobli has just undergone a major update. From version 1.07.0577, it is now on to version 2.01.0719. And that's quite an upgrade.
Mobli 2.01.0719, or simply Mobli 2.0, boasts a bunch of improvements for its thriving social media community that's heavily engaged in sharing photos and videos in real-time. The most apparent improvement is the app's interface overhaul, which enables users to navigate sections and perform searches more easily, send messages to others and even customize the display. Along with this redesign, enhancements for the app's camera and filter functions are also at hand.
Mobli's already powerful camera now starts faster and supports grid lines, focus and white balance locking, live video filters and the increasingly in-demand tilt-shift effect executed in real-time. As for its filters, Mobli is now 18 filters and nine frames richer. But what looks set to be visited frequently by users within the app is the new Darkroom, where photos can be tweaked before sharing. The Darkroom gives access to the "Beautify" tool, which takes advantage of facial recognition technology to rectify minor skin and lighting imperfections, and the "Hawkeye HD" tool, which adds more definition to photos.
Mobli is designed for iPhone and available in the App Store for free. It is said to be used regularly by the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio and Paris Hilton. With this major update, and especially with the addition of the two flattering Darkroom editing tools, perhaps you can now create and share visual media that can measure up to the ones being shared on Mobli by the rich and famous.
