Customize And Save Your Own Photo Filters With Snapster

The popularity of photo editing and sharing apps has yet to slow down with apps like Instagram and Hipstamatic being ever-present on peoples' phones. If you're a heavy user of either app, you may be a little tired of the filters and effects that those apps offer. Snapster (free) is a new app that allows you to take square photos and apply filters and effects. Sound familiar? You'd be a liar if it doesn't, but Snapster has a little more up its sleeve than comparable apps: You can create and save filters of your own to use in the future. Of course, you can also load any photo in your camera roll to tinker with.
In addition to adding or customizing filters to apply to your photos, Snapster also has a built-in photo editor that allows you to adjust the curves of a photo, as well as separate RGB values. Various frames and textures can also be applied to your photo if you're into that sort of thing.
