Where's My Teaser Trailer For Where's My Perry?

June 24, 2012
Disney Mobile has just released a teaser trailer for its upcoming game Where's My Perry? The short video, which is shown below, arrives nearly three weeks after the development studio announced the imminent launch of the Where's My Water? sort-of sequel. In promoting the release of its latest film collaboration with Pixar, Disney commissioned Temple Run creator Imangi Studios to revamp the popular endless runner into Temple Run: Brave. But in the case of a spinoff game for its animated TV series "Phineas and Ferb," Disney has decided to revamp one of its existing games. And that game is none other than Where's My Water, Disney's most successful iOS game so far. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Where's My Perry? features Perry, the fedora-donning blue-platypus-cum-secret-agent character in "Phineas and Ferb." On his way to the O.W.C.A (Organization Without a Cool Acronym), Perry suddenly finds himself stuck in an underground environment similar to that of Swampy in Where's My Water? Now, in true Where's My Water? fashion, he must guide water through fissures, pipes, and whatnot in order to escape. And just as Temple Run: Brave adds target shooting to the basic gameplay of Temple Run, Where's My Perry? adds something new to Where's My Water in the form of Crazy-inators. These are contraptions that turn water to steam or ice, compounding the complexity of the puzzles. Where's My Perry? is expected to materialize in the App Store this week, whereas Where's My Water? remains a hit at just $0.99.
