Protect Your Identity, Strive For Supremacy And Beat The Ultimatum In The Bourne Legacy: Operation Intel
July 21, 2012
Amid the launch of not one, but two apps based on "The Dark Knight Rises," the release of another movie tie-in app might have gone all but unnoticed. But that's just fine, I guess, considering that the app is all about stealth.
Based on the latest installment in the Bourne film series, The Bourne Legacy: Operation Intel has you assuming the role of a newly recruited special agent.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it (Oops, wrong movie!), is to retrieve and decrypt leaked Intel recordings. Actually, make that missions, plural.
Tightly integrated with Google Maps, the iPhone-optimized app requires you to complete 10 real-world missions within your area. You're also encouraged to subscribe to the official Facebook page (Boo!) of "The Bourne Legacy" for mission updates.

Being a promotional app at its core, The Bourne Legacy: Operation Intel also gives you access to different types of "classified" content about the film. These include story details, trailers, and showtimes.
"The Bourne Legacy" arrives in theaters next month, but The Bourne Legacy: Operation Intel is already available in the App Store for free.
Ready for your first mission? (Please don't respond with "I was Bourne ready.")
