Take A Big Bite Out Of Foodily Recipes' Freshest Update

July 14, 2012
Foodily Recipes: Sharing Food with Friends has just received a significant update. The update delivers a bunch of fresh goodies to the official iOS app of the online recipe depository Foodily.com. The update comes right around the time Apple launched the new Food & Drink category in the App Store. But, surprisingly, Foodily is not among the food-centric apps that have been migrated to the new category. Perhaps because of its optional filter for diet-specific recipes, Foodily is still listed under the Health & Fitness category. Either way, Foodily is a good app to have for finding and sharing recipes online. And with the introduction of the following improvements via its latest update, it has become even better.
  • Enjoy much faster scrolling of recipes in your feed and faves
  • Make lists of your favorite recipes and navigate to them from anywhere fast
  • Find recipes quickly with easy-to-find buttons for diets and with/without ingredients
  • Type-ahead search assist makes it easier to search recipes
  • Filter search results to just your own faves or view the recipes your friends recommend
  • More new Tastemakers to follow including best-selling-author Dr. Mark Hyman and WebMD
Optimized for iPhone, Foodily Recipes is available in the App Store for free. Found or shared a delicious and nutritious Foodily recipe lately?
