Maxthon Arrives On iPhone To Take On Mobile Safari And Other Web Browsing Apps

Maxthon is out with their first Web browser for the iPhone. The free Maxthon Web Browser app is available in the App Store. Originally developed for Microsoft Windows, Maxthon arrived on iPad in May, and to Mac OS X in July. Additionally, the Maxthon Kids Browser HD app is available on iPad for the younger set. The Maxthon Web Browser for iPhone includes a number a features including Reader mode, which offers an ad-filtered reading experience. Also, the app’s Quick Access option allows readers instant access to the websites they visit the most. Other features include:

• Sync to the Cloud - Your bookmarks/favorites travel with you anywhere you go.
• Private browsing - Ability to browse the web without saving any browser history.
• Download Manager - Makes it easy to sort, schedule and grab the downloads you need: wherever, whenever.
• Tab browsing - Powerful tab management that puts your mobile screen to maximum use.
