Will You Revel In The New Features Of Adobe Revel?

August 24, 2012
Adobe is on a roll of late as far as their app updates are concerned. Last week, they updated their wireframe creation app Adobe Proto. And just a couple of days ago, they updated their moodboard making app Adobe Collage as well. Now, they have also updated their photo management and editing app Adobe Revel. Formerly known as Adobe Carousel, Adobe Revel is a cloud-based service that automatically syncs photos across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. What’s more, it offers access to a number of editing tools, the effects of which are also automatically synced. Sporting an updated UI, the new version of Adobe Revel includes the ability to create photo albums and share private Web albums on AdobeRevel.com. It also introduces new photo looks and Facebook integration for signing up for a new Adobe Revel account. Furthermore, after updating the app, you can add captions to your photos or view your photos in a grid layout similar to that of the Photos app. The newly updated Adobe Revel is now available in the iOS App Store and the Mac App Store. Unlike iPhoto, Apple’s own photo management and editing app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, Adobe Revel is free to download in the App Store. However, the app requires an Adobe Revel subscription costing $59.99 per year or $5.99 per month. But if you want to give it a try first before committing to a paid subscription, you can take advantage of the app’s 30-day free trial.
