With The Help Of Oceanhouse Media, Picture Me Dinosaur Stomps Into The App Store
August 2, 2012
Beginning with the release of Christmas Cutie in December 2012, the partnership of Oceanhouse Media and Picture Me Press was one that couldn't possibly seem more logical, and has continued to grow. Earlier this year, the App Store welcomed Cute As Can Bee and Cuddly as a Bunny, and now children are graced with the ability to experience Picture Me Dinosaur.
Full of giggles and fluffy costumes, Picture Me Dinosaur places kids within an enjoyable prehistoric story. With wings that span and feet that slam, it's a personalized experience that shows the fun little dinos can have. By importing photos for each child, they can experience the story as one or more characters.
The omBook features professional narration, beautiful photography, and multiple levels of interaction. Children and parents can tap on the text to restart the narration, a character to zoom in, the navigation arrows to move form page to page, and other objects on-screen to initiate sounds.
Dinosaur - Picture Me is a universal app compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch running iOS 3.2 or later, and available in the App Store for the introductory price of $0.99. You can find all of Oceanhouse Media’s Picture Me offerings via their website, plus feel free to check out AppAdvice Jr. and our list of some of the best children's books for use on the iPad.
