Passbook Will Hold Even More With That Big Screen

We’ve been aware of Passbook since they announced it at WWDC 2012, but Apple showed it off even more at today’s event.

Scott Forstall was on the stage showing off Passbook, where you can hold all various tickets, boarding passes, gift cards, and more.

Once an event passes, Passbook can “shred” your ticket with a cute animation. Items like boarding passes will work right from the lock screen.

Apple did not announce any new partners who will be working with Passbook, but there will be theme parks gearing up to work with the technology.

We look forward to seeing Passbook on that beautiful iPhone 5 display.
