The Sims FreePlay Is The Latest Preteen Sensation

Like its Sim-ulating characters and environments, The Sims FreePlay keeps on growing.
The popular iPhone and iPad simulation game developed by Electronic Arts has just gotten a new update.
The game’s new update introduces preteens. That’s right, your toddlers can now grow into preadolescents in The Sims FreePlay. Yikes!
Bake cakes to celebrate your toddlers’ birthdays with and watch them grow into preteen Sims, who may or may not get on your nerves at times.
Of course, your preteens, however frustrating they may be, deserve only “the best education simoleons can buy.” So, strive to build a school on the town map where you can send your preteen Sims off. Then, help them get good grades to unlock new items.
In addition, you can encourage your preteens to engage in some extra-curricular activities at the new sports center. There you can toughen them up with karate lessons or make them fancy with ballet, unlocking new content in the process.

- New Gear – Explore full sets of clothes, customizations, and salon items for your pre-teens.
- New Items – Deck out your pre-teen’s bedrooms with new accessories, or add a trampoline and Slip and Slide for outdoor fun!
- Game Center and Achievements – “Climb aboard” the Party Boat and add neighbors through Game Center, and complete achievements to earn Game Center Points!
